Aftermarket replacement propeller is available when your propeller is chipped or damaged.
We included an additional stainless steel nut for use with older units or when the shaft has damage or corrosion that makes installing the propeller difficult. You may or may not need the additional nut when installing your propeller.
The name-brand units are color-coded by size, but we selected a color more appropriate for hunting applications. Fiberglass-reinforced nylon is durable and resistant to impact and wear (but not unbreakable!).
To remove the old propeller, use a vice grip to hold the shaft while you unthread it with your other hand (gloves are highly recommended). Remember, righty-tighty and lefty-loosey! Hand-tighten the new propeller—do not use any tools to tighten it!
